My new monitors native resolution is 1680 by 1050 and i was hoping to be able to output the xboxs vga signal at that resolution for the best possible picture. Over the last couple years ms has slowly been tweaking vga support and at e3 announced they would be adding 16:10 aspect support over vga and hdmi and 1440x900 and 1680x1050 resolutions.
